What is the U app?
U is a real-time social discovery app that helps you connect with people in partnered venues like cafes, bars, and lounges. It offers three modes: Dating, Pal, and Professional (Growth Radar) to match your intent.
How does U work?
When you enter a U-Zone (partnered venue), your profile becomes visible to others in the same mode as you. You can view, like, and connect with people instantly. Once you leave the venue, your profile disappears, ensuring privacy and real-time interaction.
Is U available in my city?
U is currently active in selected cities and partnered venues. We are expanding, so stay tuned!
2. Profile & Account
Can I control who sees my profile?
Yes! U gives you full control over your visibility. You can:
🔹 Choose to be visible in Dating, Pal, or Professional Mode.
🔹 Adjust settings to appear only to selected audiences.
🔹 Hide your profile when not in a U-Zone.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can permanently delete your account anytime from Settings.
3. Privacy & Security
Does U track my location?
No, U only detects your presence in U-Zones for real-time socializing. We do not track your movements outside these locations.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely! We use end-to-end encryption and do not share personal details with third parties. Check our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I report a user?
Yes! If someone is behaving inappropriately, use the Report option on their profile. Our team reviews reports and takes strict action if needed.

What is a U-Zone?
A U-Zone is a partnered venue (like a café, bar, or lounge) where users can discover and connect with others in real time.
How do I find U-Zones near me?
Check the City Buzz section in the app to explore trending U-Zones and real-time social activity.
Can my business become a U-Zone?
Yes! Venues can partner with U to boost engagement and attract more customers. Visit our For Venues page to learn more.

Is U free to use?
Yes, U is free to join! However, we offer premium features for a better experience.
