1. Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to use U. By creating an account, you confirm all information is accurate and you are legally allowed to use the service.
2. Zone-Based Experience U only works in designated U Zones — select clubs, cafes, colleges, and offices.
Your profile becomes visible only when you’re physically inside a U Zone with location permissions turned on.
When you leave the zone, your profile automatically goes offline.
3. Modes of Connection You can choose from 3 modes:
Partner – for dating or relationships
Pal – to find new friends
Professional (Growth Radar) – for career and networking
You may appear in one or more modes based on your settings.
4. Code of Conduct By using U, you agree to:
Treat all users respectfully
Never use hate speech, harassment, or offensive language
Not impersonate others or use fake identities
Respect venue decorum and safety guidelines
Violation may lead to temporary or permanent ban without notice.
5. Privacy & Data Use Your location is only used to verify U Zone entry
We do not track your location outside U Zones
Your chats and data are private and encrypted
We never sell or share your personal data with third parties

6. Account Suspension We reserve the right to:
Suspend or delete your account for violation of these terms
Restrict access for suspicious or harmful activity
Modify or discontinue parts of the app without prior notice
7. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and technology (including Air Fence™) are property of Fencesync Forge Systems Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
8. Legal Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of India, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Updates to Terms We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of U means you accept the latest version.
